· Nice little hotel, close enough to the city centre, cozy restaurant, most staff are very polite and helpful. Parking is a big bonus, if available.· Just a few observations. Parking was not available on arrival and I was told to find a spot on the street because all reserved spots were taken by restaurant customers. While most staff are polite and very helpful, some still need to improve their customer skills. I understand Romanian is their second language, but I expect that certain communication skills, including the polite addressing formulas, are a must when interacting with clients. Also, I do not believe that the reception staff should leave the front desk unattended while having their meal in the restaurant. Courtesy is a necessity in any respectful hotel. While this is not a problem for me, the furniture is getting a little old. Also, the restaurant menu should offer more choices.Sejur în October 2025 -
